Quality #Control (QC): Perform #rigorous quality control checks on translated documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to #client-specific guidelines. #Non-Linguistic QC: Review and verify the formatting, layout, and non-linguistic elements of documents. Content Specialization: Handle specialized content areas such as In #Vitro Diagnostics, Biology, Chemistry, #Medical Devices, Patient-facing materials, #Pharmacovigilance, Pharmacy, Scientific Publications, and Investigator-facing documents. CAT Tools: Utilize CAT tools such as XTM/Phrase/Trados/MemoQ to carry out QC tasks. Familiarity with integrated QA checks within these tools is essential. __ Client-Specific Applications: Adhere to the specific requirements of client-provided applications and tools. Capacity Management: Ensure daily full-time availability of hours (4-6) during office hours and able to work on Fridays. Documentation: Use #Microsoft Office, particularly the Track Changes function in Word, to document and communicate QC findings. Collaboration: Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality translations.
