1. Why We Prioritize Reputable HR & ATS Platforms
Jobserver is built around job aggregation and automation. To maintain data accuracy, legitimacy, and consistency, we prioritize companies already using established HR and ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, and similar providers.
These platforms give us reliable signals that a company is actively hiring, operating legitimately, and maintaining structured job data. This allows us to aggregate roles automatically without manual posting, reducing fraud, duplicates, and outdated listings.
2. How We Verify Company Submissions
When a company is submitted through Jobserver, we perform automated and manual verification checks that may include:
- Confirming the company’s career page is powered by a recognized ATS
- Validating job feed structure, consistency, and update frequency
- Cross-checking company domain, branding, and public presence
- Detecting duplicate, scraped, or misleading job content
Companies that pass verification are approved for free aggregation and ongoing updates. This process helps ensure candidates only see authentic, actively maintained job listings.
3. Submitting a Company Not Using a Listed ATS
If a company does not use one of our supported or recognized HR platforms, it can still be added to Jobserver by purchasing a one-time company submission plan.
This option allows us to manually review, validate, and onboard companies that use custom hiring systems, internal tools, or non-standard job pages. The one-time plan helps cover the additional verification and setup required to safely aggregate these listings.
Once approved, the company will appear on Jobserver alongside other verified employers, subject to the same quality and compliance standards.
