Your tasks Personnel management and planning: Technical and disciplinary management of a team Allocation and management of employee resources taking into account qualifications and workload. Promoting employee development and conducting training. Ensuring effective communication within the team Process optimization: Monitoring and optimizing spare parts warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Identifying bottlenecks and developing solutions to improve material flow. __ Asset responsibility: Coordination and execution of maintenance and repair work on our automated logistics systems (especially Autostore and BTA). Goal achievement and reporting: Continuous monitoring of target achievement based on key performance indicators (e.g. #productivity, #performance, #service level). Preparation of regular reports on the performance of the team and logistics processes. Initiate measures to improve performance.
