Act as an Interface to Customer for network specific areas. • Perform in-depth analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of network issues across #LAN, #WAN, Wi-Fi, #VPN, and cloud network environments. • Configure, troubleshoot, and manage advanced routing and switching protocols (e.g., #BGP, #OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, #VRF). • Configure, troubleshoot and manage Cisco Prime / ISE • Administer and maintain network security devices such as firewalls (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, FortiGate), intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPN gateways. • Configure, manage and troubleshoot DDI (Inflobox). • Implement and manage network monitoring tools and perform proactive analysis to identify potential issues and optimize performance. • Participate in network design discussions, capacity planning, and implementation of new network solutions and technologies. • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring network problems and implement permanent solutions. • Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures. • Collaborate closely with other IT teams (e.g., Systems, Security, Cloud) on cross-functional projects and incidents. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network support staff. • Participate in on-call rotation for critical network incidents outside of business hours as required. • Collaborate with remote team in India for training and other team tasks.
