Responsible for first line leadership and coaching of work unit to meet #production schedules. Participates in product cost improvement; control quality and yields; plans production activities; supports TPM activities and promotes safe working conditions and positive employee relations. Follows quality control guidelines and procedures to ensure that raw materials and finished goods comply with #engineering and #product specifications. Coordinates the production process in accordance with Company's policy. Consistent focus to improving productivity and reducing production costs. __ Ensure compliance with Health & Safety rules at workplace throughout the duration of the activity. Executes production plan per budgeted standards, plant labour and overhead budget.
