People Management - Coordinate teams and ensure coordination. Support team and individual employee development. Provide advice and suggestions on recruitment, disciplinary practices, performance #appraisals, and recognition and rewards. Continuous learning and training are required to further enhance professional knowledge. - Assist managers in implementing formal induction and various job training for employees. - Proactively provide customer service to assist in loss prevention efforts. Remain alert for incidents of shoplifting or internal theft and report suspicious activity to supervisor. - Assist the supervisor to coordinate the work of other employees. Can act as a key keeper.
