Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of business areas, its products, and supporting functions of #Goldman #Sachs #Bank SE (GSBE) __ Proactively identifying emerging risks of new and growing operations of GSBE to in order help the organization achieve its strategic objectives __ Assist in every step of an audit, including documentation, across scoping, planning, fieldwork and reporting __ Performing walkthroughs with stakeholders to perform #control design assessments and presenting results of work performed to management __ Execute audit testing to ensure audit #fieldwork is focused on the right areas and documentation meets high quality standards __ Identify risks, assess mitigating controls, and make recommendations on improving the control environment __ Prepare commercially effective audit conclusions and findings, and present to Internal Audit senior management and business stakeholders __ Follow-up on open audit issues and their resolution __ Validating management’s actions to remediate regulatory findings __ Establish and maintain internal client relationships and regularly interact with the business during the year to assess changes in the control environment and other matters arising in the business. __ Participate in department-wide initiatives aimed at continually improving IA's processes and supporting infrastructure.
