The position covers the leader of the team for Product Engineering in #Audio, Video Communication products. The TL will be covering the following activities: Serve as technical mentor the team, hire and onboard new joiners for the #Mechanical, and Hardware teams. Conduct workshops with team and Lead design proposals for new business opportunities outlining BOSCH design solutions to customer requirements. Develop required infrastructure / lab for the team to perform the project delivery Track and Report KPI Part of the project team. Conduct career dialogues with the associates. Competency development owner for the group. First level escalation with External Customers / internal stakeholders. Ensure to obtain PO ontime and monthly billing. Planisware, Promise and risk analysis. Problem solving, continuous improvement & cost reduction activities. Participation on team strategy along with partner. Communicate with #BOSCH, core engineering on product direction, design standards & customer requirements.
