Drive the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap for our Options trading backend systems, with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability. __ Own core backend product components such as order management, risk engine, pricing models, and settlement systems to ensure robust trading infrastructure. __ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Backend Engineers, Quant Developers, Trading System Architects, and DevOps — to define technical product requirements and deliver scalable backend solutions. __ Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from technical feasibility assessment and system design to rollout, monitoring, and continuous optimization. __ Conduct deep analysis of system metrics, trading behavior, latency issues, and error logs to proactively identify bottlenecks and drive improvements. __ Stay informed on regulatory requirements, exchange-level protocols, and industry standards to ensure backend systems are compliant and up to date.
