Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Conduct deep dive analysis of performance combining internal and external data sources - Must be able to systematically resolve problems with data integrity and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered. - Must be able to quickly understand the business impact of the trends and make good quality data driven decisions. - Prioritize, optimize and deliver timely updates for all key metrics - Graphically visualize data to allow easy access to large sets of information and understanding for a broad range of people - Develop automation solutions for reports, tools and processes - Deliver operational improvements using data driven approach to root cause analysis and solution design - Continual, tactical communication with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (FBA, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers). - Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed. __ BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Mathematics or similar field · Experience in an operational environment with proven ability to thoroughly understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive change · Fluent in English (written and verbal communication) · Working knowledge of data and analytics, business intelligence _. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · A Master degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Mathematics or similar field · Performance Management experience · Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tool set · Project management experience · Skills in SQL, ETL, Data Warehouse solutions and databases.
