Prepare financial statements for the company. __ Liaise with and #support the company and all other groups within the department. __ Liaise with other departments, stakeholders, and external agents. Ensure timely closure of all monthly processes. __ Ensure the processing and booking of all invoices and debit notes. __ Maintain all financial #records of the company in accordance with EPCC and other applicable laws. Ensure billings, debit notes, and other #reports are sent to the relevant stakeholders. __ Comply with all procedures, MSGs, and OPIs related to finance. Support the Planning section and HQ by providing appropriate data and assistance for monthly book closure and reporting. __ Verify expenditures recorded in invoices and service entries in line with business objectives and highlight deviations to the Finance Manager.
