Have a 360º role, providing legal support and guidance across all departments of the business __ Labour expertise: Manage requests and inspections from labor authorities, while also developing strategies and preparing cases for labor jurisdiction trials in collaboration with external lawyers Governance, risk, and compliance: contribute to the drafting and revision of local policies and procedures while ensuring their effective local implementation. Develop and deliver training programs on compliance-related documents, working closely with global stakeholders. Lead internal assessments, investigations, and mitigation efforts. __ Expertise in Legislative Decree 231/2001: ensure compliance with legislative requirements, provide strategic counsel on risk mitigation, and advise on the implementation and maintenance of 231/2001-compliant practices (including drafting protocols and liaising with the Supervisory Body). Substantial experience in privacy-related matters, including a deep understanding of data protection regulations and best practices in managing sensitive information. __ Demonstrate adaptability and a problem-solving mindset—resolve unforeseen challenges through hands-on involvement and proactive solutions Take ownership of complex and cross-departmental legal projects, ensuring their successful delivery while collaborating with and managing inputs from various internal teams. Manage growing responsibilities, such as independently handling projects and coordinating other legal team members on complex tasks and initiatives.
