Oversee Screenings Team strategy for the short and long term, in line with business needs __ Function as a strategic thought partner within Events & Screenings to Publicity, Awards, Post-Production, Content Services, Globalization, and Product __ Elevates business operations that streamline the team’s ways of working internally and externally __ Collaborates, ideates, and aligns with cross-functional teams to anticipate, create, communicate, and implement best practices and workflows for evolving screening needs __ Lead cross-functional as well as cross-regional debate and collaboration __ Foster cross-functional partnerships and take strategic approaches to achieve big impact, high screening quality, and support for overall event and screening goals __ Lead ongoing roles & responsibilities discussions, grow, nurture and develop the group, and manage expectations, setting and discussions for their team __ Forecast budgets based on title prioritization and oversee the team budget __ Oversee title staffing and day-to-day team management __ Oversee vendor relations on designated projects and billing efficiencies __ Sees the bigger picture with strong business acumen and a holistic understanding of the company, PR, title campaigns, and event goals to guide the team's goals and growth __ Working with vendors, they manage the design and execution of large digital cinema installations for screenings, which include projection and theater sound systems __ Travel will be required for oversight at events
