To help build execute a plan to procure boxed beef nationally for all Broadline and SSMC's (Sysco Specialty Meat Company) ____ Leverage operating company and Sysco Meat Company volume together for the lowest possible purchase cost ___ Follow the beef procurement process to align with enterprise goals ___ Generate earned income through market buys that will increase total margin __ Drive profitable beef sales through; better information sharing, response to market, market timing, improved costs __ Communicate to Opco's (operating company) market intelligence and help set local pricing accordingly __ Track, plan and review progress with Sr. Director of lbs; gross profit dollars growth at assigned OPCO's (operating company) __ Help train Opco (operating company) and Meat co-personnel that will enable them to more effectively sell the boxed beef category __ Integrate large program customer requirements with our beef #procurement strategy __ Work effectively with internal departments such as Supply Chain, #Pricing, #Transportation, Sourcing, etc. to resolves issues and create competitive advantage.
