Qualify and audit NDE operators and #service providers to ensure competence and consistent performance. __ Support the development and implementation of #inspection quality, and mechanical integrity systems and programs at sites. __ Lead the planning and #execution of advanced NDE jobs. Provide expert interpretation of inspection results. Provide integrated analysis support with fracture mechanics experts. __ Support failure investigations and root cause analysis by providing NDE expertise. __ Work with sites and projects in NDE technique selection and implementation including: __ Developing detailed #technical requirements of the purchase specification. Act as Engineering interface and review Request for Quotation (#RFQ) as needed by sites or projects. __ Determine need for quality assessments of proposed suppliers of #NDE services __ Review, assess and approve inspection and test plans as required to achieve desired results __ Participate in pre-award meetings for high criticality equipment
