They have a clear and defined aim to bring a change not only in the industry but also in society. __ Your Key Responsibilities Understand the requirements both functional and non-functional by going through the specifications and with inputs from business analysts and participate in creating high level estimate as well as translating the same to data requirements in order to create a data requirements document and participate effectively in the design, development and testing phases of the project Utilize analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze and interpret data sets Create hypothesis scenarios based on the business requirements Create model design artifacts to provide deliverables in line with requirements Develop models and algorithms Review all artifacts (Design, Code, Documentation, Unit test scripts) Develop A/B testing and test model quality Define process and tools to monitor and analyze model performance _. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 8 of experience in Information Technology. Japan citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time. At least 4 years of experience in Data Science/AI/ML projects __ Preferred Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in AI/ML/DL algorithms, Python, R, Data pipeline, Data cleansing, Visualization Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in software development life cycle Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
