Leads schedule development, #dataanalysis, issue resolution, and improvement efforts. __ Leads efforts to establish and communicate milestones for the project. __ Reviews scheduled work activities to ensure their support of project milestones. __ Reviews schedule resource loading and levelling and all bulk commodity design and purchase release curves. __ Ensures open communication with other organizations to support schedule maintenance and reporting. __ Identifies alternatives for schedule improvement for discussion and/or decision. __ Ascertains that the correct procurement scope of work and the project execution plan are reflected on all schedules. __ Integrates interdisciplinary EPC schedule procurement requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned disciplines or #specialties. __ Works with the performing organizations to coordinate work sequences with the total EPC project plan. __ Reviews quantity records to ensure total quantities are represented within the schedule by discipline and or specialty. __ Incorporates required job hour expenditures by disciplines or specialties within developed schedules. Assists in determining levelling decisions. __ Reviews quantity, personnel, and cost resource loading for EPC schedules. __ Interfaces with other members of the project team and provides cost support as requested. __ Determines EPC critical-path procurement activities and identifies significant activities supporting interdisciplinary requirements. Identifies procurement related critical path. __ Monitors schedule deviation for assigned disciplines or specialties including #subcontractor submittals and recommends corrective action/workaround solutions for project considerations. __ Develops and writes schedule commentary that appears in the monthly progress and similar reports.
