(a) Support Be the main point of contact for WMS related activities. Work closely with Operation and other stakeholders on daily operation issues, troubleshooting and prevention. __ (b) Continuous Improvement Assesses the impact of long- and short-range forecasts on operating plans. Maintains forecasts , operating plans, and tracking spreadsheets for future reference. Maintains data within operating plans to highlight conditions and areas for potential change. Develops action plans and obtains management corrective action commitments. __ (c) Implementation/Migration Participate in design workshop, gather and analyze data necessary to develop work measurement. Verifies the proper application of work measurement to ensure accuracy. Lead and conduct UAT, conduct user training when necessary. Follow through IT project life cycle and provide WMS support to operation as requires. #ups #singapore #warehouse #logistic #analyst
