In this role you'll lead the social media strategy for AlphaTauri’s initiatives, from concept to publishing on the current channels instagram, tiktok, facebook and youtube. You'll craft a global social media strategy based on seasonal campaigns and stories developed collaborately with the internal creative team. You'll build the channel relevant stories, formats and delivarables in close exchange with the art director for each project and brief the internal creative team thereafter. Implementing innovative social formats across various touchpoints, you'll align ideas cross-department wise and meet business objectives, driving growth, performance and engagement. __ Mastering Content Planning and Creation In this role you'll create and manage a content calendar, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content that resonates with the audience and aligns with the brand’s messaging. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with our art director and team to create compelling content, as well as creating content on your own as well as selecting assets for channels such as Instagram and Pinterest etc. __ Audience, Trend Analysis and Competitor Analysis In this role, you'll ensure that AlphaTauri connects with global audiences through social media, sparking positive conversations by community management that convert to brand equity. By utilizing a consistent, inclusive, and authentic tone, you'll build meaningful consumer relationships and foster brand loyalty. Another responsibility that comes with this role is to stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and social media platform updates and adapt strategies accordingly. You'll also monitor competitor activities on social media and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement. _. Collaboration with Content Creators and Brand Ambassadors You will develop the strategy for collaborating with content creators and brand ambassadors to expand the brand's reach and fulfill the business objectives throughout the organization. You will oversee the entire journey from scouting to contracting and publishing, ensuring alignment with the various internal departments. __ Platform Management Overseeing and utilizing analytics tools to track KPI’s and other metrics, generating reports and insights in multiple social media accounts including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Linkedin will also be part of your role. _. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 5+ years of experience, prefferably within the fashion industry, of publishing content to major brand social media channels, optimizing social content, and a passion for telling strong and authentic stories Excellent analytical and numerical skills for data analysis Fluent in English; other languages are considered an asset Strong ability to critically analyze social media, digital products, video consumption patterns, and social media platform algorithms Experience in video production/editing, editorial work, design, and photography Detailed understanding and awareness of social platform trends, content formats, and language, with an investigative mindset that continually evaluates the changing environment Experience in working with external agencies and partners such as content creators etc. Well-organized team player with a self-starter mentality and the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment __ #jobs #associate #hiring
