Act as the Responsible Engineer and Technical Authority on major energy projects of varying sizes. __ Lead the definition of EC&I strategies, standards, and best practices across projects. Lead project delivery teams across the project lifecycle from bid generation, through concept and detailed design development to installation and commissioning. __ Take accountability for delivery of complex EC&I engineering packages to cost, time, and quality. Provide technical leadership, governance, and quality assurance for safety-critical systems. __ Work on systems integration, testing and validation of #PLC, #SCADA and #simulator systems. Demonstrate knowledge of the practical aspects of implementing engineering designs and understand the use of standards and compliance with regulatory requirements in an engineering environment. __ Produce high-quality technical reports. Engage with clients, regulators, and industry bodies at a senior level, building and maintain valuable relationships. __ Mentor and develop the engineering capability of the wider EC&I team. Drive innovation, digital tools, and continuous improvement in engineering delivery. __ Support business development, proposals, and client relationship management. Built and manage client relationships and leverage those relationships to deliver continued opportunities and new business leads.
