Pre-Production / Show Setup __ Partner with Finance, Legal, Creative, #Studio #Technology, Post, and external production teams to establish production schedules, workflows, and cost efficiencies to maximize spend on screen. __ Support safe return-to-work #production protocols. __ #Budgeting __ Collaborate with partners to prepare and review budgets and schedules, providing internal and external feedback on feasibility and risks. __ Work with internal/external teams to finalize budgets. __ Track and manage all production-related costs, keeping stakeholders regularly updated. __ Review cost reports and trackers weekly with Finance. __ Help ensure productions remain safe, on schedule, and on budget. __ Ongoing Production Support __ Troubleshoot issues as they arise and maintain open communication with external production partners. __ Collaborate with Production HR and Diligence teams to ensure respectful treatment of crews and participants, on and off set. __ Scheduling __ Support in drafting and updating schedules for ongoing shows. __ Work closely with internal teams (including Distribution and Localization) and external partners to finalize schedules. __ Communicate and troubleshoot schedule changes across teams. __ Staffing & Vendors __ Lead or support recruitment of key production staff. __ Maintain and curate a preferred vendor list aligned with slate needs. __ Identify key vendors to support creative vision, budget efficiency, incentives, and location needs.
