Provide active Technical Leadership, assisting organization in goal setting, mentorship of less experienced #engineers, sharing technical and organizational knowledge, envisioning and influencing improvements and value capture __ Process modeling sustainment and deployment support __ Provide FCC and #FLK process engineering and technical support to ExxonMobil and third party licensee manufacturing sites __ Provide capital projects with #FCC and FLK process engineering and technical support to meet business needs and efficient use of capital __ Lead or support troubleshooting or improvement opportunities for Fluid Solids processes __ Work collaboratively with vendors and suppliers to ensure appropriate design, manufacture, testing and delivery of equipment __ Support successful installation, commissioning, and operation of grassroots or revamped facilities
