Work closely with the #Distributors, Distributor Sales #Representatives, Industrial customers, Retailers, etc in expanding ExxonMobil's Lubricants business while ensuring #operational integrity __ Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of sales #planning __ Develop working relationships with Global stakeholders as per job requirement. __ Build a personal understanding of market conditions, competitor’s activities and emerging #trends __ Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of sales pipeline process and apply consultative and benefit selling skills __ Develop and demonstrate the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams effectively and efficiently. __ Develop and demonstrate working knowledge of products and services and accordingly coach Sales representatives and conduct technical presentations to Industrial customers.
