Pickup Assignment: Assign pickups to drivers according to routes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Coordinate urgent pickups to meet customer timelines. This task is heavily supported via automated assignments. Customer Communication: Maintain constant contact with customers for any unforeseen delays in pickup requests. Device Management: Ensure our device are distributed to the right drivers and resolve any simple technical issues. Palletized shipments Collection Coordination: Follow up with pallet shipments requests and send daily email pre-alerts on pallet shipments exports. Missed Pickups: Follow up on missed PU cases, supporting the Customer Experience coordinator (CEC). Support Tasks: Assist the CEC coordinator with package location, delivery, supplies requests. Provide support for Driver Follow up, Delivery Change Request, and undelivered packages follow-ups via email or phone.
