Leads and sets the strategic operational direction within own area of responsibility • #Create, #maintain and #deliver the Regulation strategy, and develop into a meaningful plan to ensure it is clearly articulated and understood by the project team. __ • Leads and delivers multi-year strategic contracts for AT&R, ensuring all terms, condition and service levels are met __ • Acts as a proactive advocate for a value driven delivery approach across all stakeholder groups __ • Serves as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams, building strong relationships and ensuring consistent, transparent communication throughout the contract lifecycle for Regulation __ • Identify potential risks to contract delivery, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to safeguard delivery commitments __ • Seek opportunities to improve service delivery, operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness, maximizing long term value for both the client and the organization __ • In alignment with the Organisation and People activities, establish and deliver a Regulation Community of Practice to ensure employees are Suitably Qualified and Experienced to meet current and future contractual requirements __ • Represents AT&R’s view across all operational and team areas __ • Provides leadership to managers and professional staff to ensure all RSD business and technical deliverables are met. __ • Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related units/teams __ • Fulfils role in keeping with business requirements for Leadership and Management __ • Fulfils role in keeping with business requirements for health, safety, environment, security and quality
