Oversee and coordinate document #management activities and governance practices across the program of works __ Ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency in managing all #project records __ Provide leadership and support document management teams across multiple projects __ Provide guidance on standards, processes, best practices and data flows through to full #customer turnover __ Drive alignment with program-wide requirements __ Establish procedures and work instructions for document development, distribution and retention and work with project teams, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure procedures and work processes are delivering the level of information required __ Lead the training, implementation, assessments and improvements associated with document management work processes __ Create quality monitoring methods and processes to monitor and report data entry accuracy __ Develop metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and prepare monthly progress reports for management teams Implement standard document management workflow processes. __ Improve or develop processes to address gaps __ Interface regularly with internal and external customers to ensure alignment of deliverables with expectations __ Establish records formats as required by contract and storage requirements / methods __ Utilize the Bechtel standard Aconex and client system InEight, to manage access and register, control, distribute, and transmit project documentation __ Perform other duties as directed by #Bechtel management __ Coordinate development of individual project turnover and archival plans.
