Provides leadership in the administration of Project Controls activities such as input for weekly project action items list, maintains databases, prepares reports, and provides additional supervision __ Works with other supervisors and management team members to support PC and #projectsoperations __ Coordinates non-routine cost #engineering/planning and scheduling needs to projects __ Obtains required schedule information by all disciplines/functions Identifies restraints and effect on total project schedule __ Coordinates with all departments to ensure understanding of total project schedule needs __ Coordinates the total integration of schedule activities __ Identifies schedule considerations and problems resulting from inter-discipline or functional restraints and interfaces __ Monitors and reports critical path and schedule performance of the total project __ Conducts project schedule analysis & studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities __ Collects and analyzes alternatives for schedule improvement to project team for discussion and/or decision __ Assists, when requested, in the development and review of schedule recovery plans, including evaluation of additional resources/costs required to affect such plans __ Coordinates cost recording, monitoring, & reporting practices for compliance with applicable standards __ Coordinates the development and accuracy of cost reports Verifies consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility and consistency __ Prepares specific budgets in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures Investigates the requirements for estimating and/or cost control data __ Collects and classify cost #data Independently carries out and deliver PERM activities __ Manages PERM performance requirements, metrics, and reporting standards incl. suggestions related to risk breakdown structures, risk libraries, risk identification tools & frameworks in support of project needs __ Provides oversight, training, mentoring, and ensures accountability of Project Risk Coordinator(s) towards attainment of project PERM objectives __ Facilitates and conducts project risk reviewsLeads risk workshops, interviews & information gathering relating to risk identification, review, and updateCarries out risk quantification activities as required __ Responsible for the establishment and continued improvement of project functional stakeholder relationships towards effective PERM execution and Customer interface with PERM activities including training as necessary
