Develop and implement sourcing #strategies for #electrical commodities, ensuring best value for customers while considering the Project’s Approved Manufacturers List, financing requirements, and compliance with tariff and quota risks. __ Contribute to setting and achieving project-level goals. __ Proactively identify and qualify new suppliers based on business needs, maintain supplier pre-qualification documentation, and monitor market developments, opportunities, and challenges in electrical commodities. Keep project management and senior leadership informed of key trends and risks. __ Maintain and regularly update commodity dashboards and demand mapping for electrical commodities, including heat maps and tariff/quota tracking across major economies. __ Provide ongoing support to the Market Intelligence team by contributing detailed insights for their quarterly MI alerts, ensuring stakeholders are informed of the latest trends and developments in the electrical commodities sector for both corporate and project needs. __ Build and sustain relationships with key suppliers and their senior project personnel to ensure successful execution and performance of orders. __ Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure compliance with purchase order terms and conditions. __ Compile and analyze #data for critical items reports and other supplementary project reports as required.
