Energy Programmes is one of our newest Business Units and has been formed with the vision to support positive change and help shape the future of Nuclear Power. __ Our embedded teams are delivering support to Hinkley Point C (New build power station in the South West), Sizewell C (located in the South East), helping develop technologies in SMR (Small modular Reactor) capability and working towards building Poland's first Energy Power station. __ Working in both client facing and internal roles we are delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. We are driving to deliver safe, high quality and to time solutions by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively. __ Amentum are currently recruiting for a motivated and detail-orientated Process Engineer, who will provide a service that consists of monitoring our main supplier handovers on the scope of process instrumentation. Key responsibilities will be: __ Technical clarification and resolution of supplier and client technical queries Technical management of the supplier and support to the contract engineering lead in their contractual relationship with the client during design, procurement and delivery phase regarding the specifications and requisitions __ Follow up of all equipment manufacturing and delivery to site Reviews of supplier technical documents and annual surveillance report Management of #risks, #opportunities, #open Points, UK Design Changes and Exemptions requests generated by our supplier __ Management of contract transfer sheets that informs the clients about contract modification via dedicated tools Management of interfaces with EDVANCE disciplines involved in the process instrumentation Management of the design and operation of the EPR systems during the design, construction and commissioning phases, in accordance with safety requirements, regulatory requirements and design rules __ Ensure the proper integration of detailed mechanical diagrams, functional diagrams, 3D model in the associated tools Receive modification requests issued by various engineering teams, verify the coherence of these modifications, systematically challenge their necessity
