Working within a team to identify and plan efficient service #delivery on a national scale, ensuring site visits and schedules are planned to optimal utilisation, in turn ensuring best value to our customer’s needs __ Allocation of #resources (People and Equipment) within our team scheduling portal __ Supporting our #customers via phone and email – planning site visits and preparation of visit schedules for our customers completion. __ Liaising with customer coordinators and their employees, monitoring the completion of schedules and escalating where those are not filling to expected levels. __ Collation of information for handover to our national screening staff __ Compilation of regular attendance & activity reports to meet client requirements __ Assisting with raising monthly invoice requisitions
