As a technician, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, achieving performance targets, and maintaining the high-quality standards expected by our consumers. PRODUCTION OPERATOR TECHNICIAN: Your role involves operating production equipment, performing maintenance, cleaning, and using basic hand and power tools. You will regulate Packaging or Manufacturing Technologies, adhere to Quality standards, improve assigned equipment, participate in executing Maintenance Standards, address machinery defects, maintain cleaning standards for assigned equipment, and keep accurate production records.
