As Boutique Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a Boutique team, focusing on Nespresso's objectives. You'll coach, motivate, and lead the team to ensure targets are met and customers experience unique coffee experiences in the Boutique. You'll also be responsible for optimizing the business and maintaining close contact with other Nespresso departments to support you in this endeavor. Besides engaging with colleagues about performance and development, you'll also be involved in HR-related tasks, such as performance and absence management, recruitment, and administrative duties. What we hope you can bring us Managing a Boutique team of 8-13 employees, while upholding Nespresso's values, standards, and service orientation.   3+ years of management experience. High-performance premium retail experience is a plus.   Experience with stakeholder management will help you to liaise with all the different departments.   You know the role of your Boutique like no other and are continuously looking for ways to achieve more business and customer satisfaction.  Responsible for HR administration, work capacity management, and performance reviews.   Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
