You will be part of the #Shell Ethics and #Compliance Office (SECO) organisation, reporting to the VP of Ethics & Compliance (E&C) #Data, Assurance & Risk Governance. The SECO team culture is collaborative and supportive, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and ethical leadership. __ This role is essential in ensuring an E&C risk #management framework is in place, with effective and efficient governance processes and structures which add value and meet the requirements of the Shell Performance Framework. __ As the E&C Risk Governance Lead, you will have a multi-faceted role that has responsibility for managing and coordinating E&C risk management within SECO. __ You will also use your risk management experience to develop and continually improve E&C risk management and reporting. __ You will work with SECO, SME #legal leadership and relevant #business/functional teams to identify and document potential and existing E&C risks, aiding Chief Ethics & Compliance Officers (CECO's) risk reporting to Shell's senior stakeholders.
