Streamline Referral-to-Revenue Operations: Own and optimize the workflows that power HomeLight’s core business — ensuring that every successful referral moves smoothly through to collection and revenue recognition. __ Build AI-First Workflows: Use cutting-edge AI tools (v0, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, etc.) to automate manual tasks, accelerate collections, and eliminate bottlenecks in #revenue operations. __ Own Operational Scorecards: Define, track, and maintain the metrics that measure the health of referral, support, and collection processes.
