As an Asset Management, Wholesales, #Sales Support (all genders) within our German Wholesales team, you will primarily focus on bolstering our German funds business with Key Account Clients. Your responsibilities will include closely collaborating with Wholesale Client Advisors to provide exceptional service to our clients, coordinating client meetings and calls, and managing client relationships. You will also be tasked with sourcing and preparing responses for clients' ad-hoc questions or reporting requests, and liaising with other local and global teams. Additionally, you will oversee tasks for working students, conduct market analyses using Morningstar, Bloomberg, digital tools and #AI technologies, and ensure effective compliance and controls within your area of responsibility, fostering a positive attitude towards compliance and controls. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Wholesale Client Advisors to deliver outstanding #service to our clients. Support the sales team by coordinating client meetings, -calls and internal meetings. Engage in client contact and #relationship management. Source and prepare responses for clients’ ad-hoc questions or reporting requests. Communicate and coordinate with other local and global teams. Coordinate tasks for working students. Conduct market #analyses using Morningstar, Bloomberg, digital tools and AI technologies. Ensure effective #compliance and controls within your area of responsibility and promote a positive attitude towards compliance and controls.
