#Enova is looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in transforming our Accounting and #Finance functions by driving process efficiency, automating manual tasks, and improving delivery speed. Your main responsibilities will include handling month-end close tasks, preparing financial statement analysis, reconciling bank and general ledger accounts, and reviewing and analyzing general ledger transactions and accounts. This role reports to the Accounting Manager. Responsible for the #accounting functions related to your #products. __ Perform month-end close tasks and prepare financial statement analysis. __ Prepare bank and general ledger account reconciliations. __ Review and analyze general ledger transactions and accounts, using technical judgment to ensure that #financial transactions are properly recorded. __ Update accounting processes and procedures while making best use of automation tools. __ Assist internal and external auditors in the timely resolution of audit requests and questions. __ Drive continuous improvement and standardization within the functional area. __ Perform other related duties or ad hoc projects within the scope of responsibilities.
