Work closely with our partners and end customers by providing #technical support on their #Optical LAN questions and provide solutions for their product issues. __ Closely cooperate with the regional teams (CARE and Customer #Engineering) in order to address customers issues in the most agile and efficient way. __ Continuously drive for product improvements, by using your in-depth technical knowledge to improve and finetune existing technical customer documentation and collaterals for our partners: MOPs, application notes, technical flyers, #product documentation updates, etc. __ Work closely with R&D, PLM, and other functional teams to align validation activities with product goals.
