Define DfM targets and collaborate with #designengineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards. __ Conduct process capability studies and implement process improvements __ Develop and maintain quality control plans and procedures __ Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities __ Support new product launches through the APQP process __ Monitor and analyze product quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement __ Ensure compliance with quality #management system requirements Drives best practices and lessons learned implementation in product design. __ DfM Lessons-to-Learn collection and utilization to new projects. Improve and maintain DfM expert and Requirements Engineering network. __ Design and implement Final Assembly & Packaging process in accordance with Manufacturing requirements and Continuous Improvement concept's. __ Create product specific BA/FA Production Process Description and production related documentation (FS, DCC etc.). __ Ensure DfM target realization by analyzing volume #production performance and capacity. __ Provide support to production ramp-up phase. Utilize tools to conductevaluate/ Value __ Analysis of a design & product through the design & production phase. __ Travel: up to 20%
