The #Trade #Desk is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior #Accountant to join its #Finance Team. This role focuses on preparing and managing cost accruals related to Cost of Gross Revenue (COGR), analyzing supplier/vendor contracts, and operationalizing accounting processes to support business initiatives in compliance with US GAAP. The position offers opportunities to collaborate across teams, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to process improvements, operational excellence, and scalable accounting solutions. Prepare monthly COGR accounts, validate supplier/vendor costs, and ensure proper allocations in compliance with US GAAP. __ Drive end-to-end close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and maintaining reporting workbooks. __ Review supplier contracts to determine accounting treatment and ensure alignment with reporting requirements. __ Maintain and enhance SOX controls over COGR processes, ensuring #audit readiness. __ Translate cross-functional strategies into scalable, auditable accounting processes. __ Lead #business process improvements, automation opportunities, and ad hoc projects. __ Serve as subject matter expert for COGR, providing guidance on supplier contract cost structures and margin analysis. __ Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to resolve discrepancies and align operational/accounting changes. __ Conduct fluctuation analyses on revenue and cost trends, providing insights to leadership and auditors. __ Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
