This role is responsible for driving the entire proposal development lifecycle, from opportunity assessment to final submission, ensuring compelling, compliant, and winning proposals. The candidate will support all aspects of business development and proposal activities, including pursuit analysis, writing/editing, and desktop publishing. Independently manage the full response process to RFPs, RFIs, and Sources Sought notices, including planning, kickoff meetings, storyboarding, content development, reviews, and submission. __ Analyze solicitation requirements to develop compliant outlines, schedules, and win strategies in collaboration with capture #managers. __ Facilitate brainstorming sessions, assign writing tasks, and ensure persuasive narratives throughout #proposals. __ Serve as quality control expert, ensuring compliance, professional formatting, and error-free submissions. __ Act as primary point of contact for proposal-related activities, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. __ Collaborate across the company to support #business development and capture activities. __ Assist capture managers with competitor and customer behavior analyses and strategy development.
