As an Account #Manager on the Customer Growth team, you will play a critical role in supporting #MNTN’s top-tier customers and Account Directors. You’ll manage day-to-day account needs, respond to reactive requests, and ensure seamless execution across ~100 accounts shared with your counterpart. This role is designed to maximize customer satisfaction, reinforce performance insights, and create space for Account Directors to focus on long-term strategic growth. Manage customer requests including campaign adjustments, reporting needs, billing updates, and troubleshooting. __ Partner with Account Directors to execute customer deliverables accurately and on schedule. __ Monitor #campaign performance, surfacing insights, trends, and opportunities that demonstrate value. __ Prepare reporting, summaries, and performance narratives for customer meetings and reviews. __ Build strong day-to-day relationships with customer stakeholders through proactive communication. __ Guide customers on best practices within the MNTN platform to maximize results. __ Identify early signs of account #risk and escalate or support recovery as needed. __ Maintain accurate customer records and updates in Salesforce for organized account #management.
