We're seeking a talented and motivated #Resident #Engineer to join our team and support a key #Nokia customer. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing network architectures and services, creating implementation and migration plans, documenting configuration equipment and services, testing and supporting networks in various deployment stages, providing recommendations to optimize network #operations and performance, and collaborating with internal #technical teams to enhance product placement and features for reliability, availability, and serviceability. __ Performs critical (sometimes escalated) design and performance activities in customer projects independently (complex problem solving in projects and multi-vendor environments). __ Develops / Reviews and makes recommendations on network-wide #Design covering Performance, Spectrum & Capacity supported by Recommendations (within and across the region).
