As an #Automation #Business Support #Engineer you will have the opportunity to work with the latest k8s and cloud #technology, coding for intent based networking, and advanced networking including PCE. __ The focus of the role is around pre-sales engineering and proof-of-concept support, while being in the research and development team and working on the latest features. There is a constant opportunity to learn and bring that learning back to the NSP community in the form of training and customer activity support. __ You will work closely with field engineers for customer activities, and PLM to provide feedback on how customers are experiencing NSP. Learn about cloud computing and k8s. __ Understand how customers want to evolve network management and automation. __ Grow your knowledge in networking including IP/MPLS and PCE. Understand complex customer use cases and how they work within NSP. Work with both design and PLM to run new use cases and provide training to the field on the latest developments in NSP.
