Responsible for all aspects of timely processing bi-weekly #payrolls using Workday Payroll, Time and Absence. __ Participate in peer #audit/review of payrolls being processed by team members and collaboratively communicates issues, as appropriate. __ Respond to customer requests for information both verbally and in writing working with diverse levels of employees; Utilize various resources to ensure a complete and accurate answer is provided. __ Research payroll compliance issues at the federal, state and local level using APA Payroll Source as well as various government web sites. __ Assist with providing #data for SOX testing, internal/external audits and requests made by Legal, Tax, Finance, etc. __ Provide skilled technical support, which may include data coordination, data analysis, report writing and payroll system process improvements and testing. __ Develop and maintain department metrics. __ Administer the withholding order process within Workday and respond to applicable agencies. __ Identify process issues, make recommendations for process improvements and participate in solution development/testing. __ Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
