Providing #technical support for IP Core nodes (Analysis, Troubleshooting & fixing the issues reported) on already deployed to end customer/user. __ Provide technical #operations support to the customer team, offer support, and facilitate competence development for local technical teams. __ Manages technical escalations for internal technical requests, emergency cases, and outages, as well as those directed towards customers. __ Support customers’ #network performance and evolution & manage network SW and HW configuration #information. __ Acts as the prime technical interface towards customers, #subcontractors, and 3rd party suppliers, as well as internally towards several organizations. __ Liaise closely with Multiple teams to work on the operational faults and technical #management to ensure the network stability.
