Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions. Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required. __ Facilitates complex problem resolution. Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software. Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities. __ Hands on development and support experience with Informatica, Oracle database and Microsoft SQL Server. - Perform advanced ETL development activities using Informatica, PL/SQL, Oracle Database tuning, SQL tuning, Informatica Server administration. __ - #Design, #implement, #test and maintain ETL components for multiple applications. - Lead and mentor a team of developers and interact closely with the lines of Business and project teams. - Experience with CA7 and mainframe is a plus . - Demonstrated experience performing highly complex software development activities strong analytical and problems solving skills . - Production system problem resolution and support . __ - Strong verbal and written communications skills - Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management and teams. - Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work under pressure with strict timelines. - Self-Starter, Highly Motivated, Passionate, enthusiastic and “CAN-DO” attitude
