Define supplier #quality strategy and set #targets in #alignment with the Strategic #Sourcing, BG and other key #Stakeholders. ------------ Plan, execute and follow up supplier audits in alignment with stakeholders. Drive Supplier Performance Evaluation and Supplier Performance Index (SPI) to meet agreed target. Lead Continuous Quality Improvement Project with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Manage major field/factory quality issues caused by suppliers, manage relevant MCARs and claims to suppliers. Support regional supplier base development (tier-2 localization) in South Asia market.
