We’re looking for an Applied #Data #Scientist to join our Central Europe team, supporting dunnhumby clients across #Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. __ What we expect from you Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable insights Passion for building and maintaining client relationships Academic background in a science-based subject (e.g., #Statistics, #Mathematics, or a related field) Programming skills – #Python, #SQL are essential; #PySpark is a plus Familiarity with analytical techniques and modern data technologies Logical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities Experience with and passion for connecting your work directly to the customer experience, making a real and tangible impact Fluency in English and Hungarian is essential Statistical modelling experience and a track record of applying data science to solve client problems The successful candidate will work across two key streams: Price & Promotion and Category Management, delivering regular reporting and analysis for a major retail client. __ What you can expect from us We won’t just meet your expectations.
