You will develop initial and ongoing partner training programs covering #Doctolib, #product know-how, technical requirements, onboarding, processes, and tools. __ You create training materials, interactive target group-oriented training sessions, training content/formats. __ You ensure that the #IT service partners have the necessary knowledge and know where to find it to successfully complete all onboarding tasks. __ You are building a certification system including processes for recertification. __ You create reports on training successes, knowledge deficits, and the derivation of measures. __ You improve and expand the enablement programs based on partner feedback, product developments, results from quality and process audits - based on close collaboration with various stakeholders. __ You lay the secure foundations so that the IT service partners can act as brand ambassadors and inspire our customers.
