As the Starlink’s payments owner in India, you will be responsible for end-to-end #management of payment processing and payment risk #operations in India. This is a broad and varied role that includes being responsible for all aspects of payments including #product, operations and data.  __ Your role will be critical in support of Starlink’s growth in the region. You will work in close coordination with the Global Starlink Payments team. The role may, over time, expand to include regional/global focus. Monitor payment success rates, fraud rates, settlement, and reconciliation data on a daily/weekly basis. __ Perform root cause #analysis on active payment issues and work with cross-functional teams including #engineering, customer support and external payment providers to resolve. __ Respond to incoming disputes, chargebacks, requests for information, and other external payment inquiries.
